About these terms

These terms apply to www.ibraan.com and to the platforms operated by Ibraan Software Solutions (أيبران للحلول الرقمية): GymSofto, Zlenu, Brnamgy and Kwekly. By using them, you agree to these terms.

Subscriptions and custom projects may also be covered by a plan description or a separate agreement. Where they differ, that agreement applies.

Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password and verification codes private. You are responsible for activity under your account and your team's accounts.
• Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the services. This includes breaking the law, sending unsolicited messages, uploading harmful code, trying to access data that is not yours, or disrupting the service for others.

Subscriptions and payment

Plans, prices and included features are shown inside each platform. Fees are paid in advance for each billing period. If a subscription is not renewed, access may be limited after any grace period shown in the platform.

Your content

You own the content you add, such as menus, images and customer records. You give us permission to host and process it only to provide the service. You confirm that you have the right to use that content.

Our intellectual property

The platforms, software, designs and the Ibraan, GymSofto, Zlenu, Brnamgy and Kwekly names and logos belong to Ibraan. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer them.

Availability

We work to keep the services available and secure, but we cannot promise they will be uninterrupted or error free. We may update or improve features over time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Ibraan is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the three months before the claim.

Ending the service

You may stop using a service at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Before your data is deleted, you can export it from the platform.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction.
